What YourJobAgent is, and who runs it
YourJobAgent is an AI job-search platform for the German and wider DACH market. It searches continuously for relevant roles, scores them against your profile with reasoning you can follow, prepares application documents and keeps the state of every application in one place.
What the product is for
A serious job search in this market easily costs one to three hours a day, and most of that is repetition: the same portals, the same forms, the same details typed again, and the effort of remembering where every application stands. YourJobAgent takes over that recurring part so your time goes to the decisions that actually need you.
Which market it serves
The target market is the DACH region: Germany first, then Austria and Switzerland. This is not a location filter bolted onto a US product. The Bundesagentur für Arbeit job search is integrated directly, German and English listings run in the same search, salary rules work in euros, and the location logic distinguishes remote-only from commuting distance from willingness to relocate. The English version is aimed in particular at international professionals looking for work in Germany.
Where the product stands today
YourJobAgent is in closed beta. Access is currently free and payment is not yet enabled. Discovery, scoring, tailored documents, assisted form filling in the browser and the application pipeline are all usable. Source coverage is expanding continuously and is currently strongest for Germany and for technical roles.
What we deliberately do not build
There is no feature that submits applications without you, and there will not be one. CAPTCHAs and similar security checks are not circumvented. LinkedIn, Indeed and StepStone are not scraped server-side. Generated documents may not contain experience your profile does not evidence. These are product decisions, not gaps on a roadmap.
