No. The agent prepares applications: it generates the documents, drafts answers to standard questions and fills in the browser form as far as it can. You always press submit yourself. Security challenges such as CAPTCHAs are deliberately left to you as well.
Do I need to speak German to find a job in Germany?
It depends entirely on the role. Many tech, data and startup positions in Germany are advertised and worked in English, while a large part of the wider market is German-language. YourJobAgent searches both language environments in the same run, so English-language opportunities surface without you having to filter for them manually, and German-language postings are not hidden from you either.
Which job sources does YourJobAgent search?
Currently the Bundesagentur für Arbeit job search, Arbeitnow, several remote job boards, and public company career pages via the Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and Workable applicant tracking systems. The list is expanded continuously. Platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and StepStone are not scraped server-side.

Yes. The agent restructures your resume for the specific role and brings the relevant experience and skills forward. Every statement must trace back to information in your profile. Skills you have not evidenced are not added.
Can I search for several different roles at once?
Yes, that is what career tracks are for. You can run several roles in parallel, each with its own salary floor, location rule and remote policy. A role is recommended as soon as it fits at least one active track.
Can I use YourJobAgent while I am still employed?
Yes. You define the conditions under which a move would even be interesting, for example above a certain salary or fully remote only. The agent monitors the market in the background and only surfaces roles above that threshold. No public "open to work" signal is required.
Does it work for Austria and Switzerland?
The DACH region is the strategic target market, and remote roles with a European scope are already covered. Local source coverage is currently strongest for Germany because the Bundesagentur für Arbeit job search is integrated directly. Austria and Switzerland are covered through company career pages and remote sources, and are being expanded.

What happens to my data?
