Across many portals
Every company uses a different system. The assistant works on whichever page you have open rather than supporting a fixed list.
Most of an application is not thinking, it is transcription: the same details, into a different form. That part can be handed over without the application getting worse.
In this product automation means recurring details are prepared and entered, drafts for standard questions are generated, and the right documents are attached. It does not mean applications go out without you. Between "the form is filled" and "the application is submitted" sits your click, on purpose.
Name, contact details, address, availability and similar fields come from your profile instead of being looked up again for every portal.
Motivation, reason for leaving, or why this company, are drafted per role from your profile and the listing itself. Drafts are flagged for review.
The resume and cover letter generated for this specific role are attached and stay linked to the application.
Anything the agent cannot answer confidently is left empty and pointed out, rather than guessed. A wrong answer in a form costs more than a blank one.
| By hand | Prepared | |
|---|---|---|
| Standard details | retyped per portal | from your profile |
| Motivation text | rewritten or pasted | drafted per role |
| Attachments | find the right file | right version attached |
| Typos | happen | rarer |
| Sensitive questions | you answer them | you answer them |
| Submitting | you | you |
Every company uses a different system. The assistant works on whichever page you have open rather than supporting a fixed list.
Applications with free-text fields are the expensive ones. A draft you edit is faster than an empty box.
If the portal is in German and your documents are in English, having the recurring fields prepared removes most of the friction.
A typical application form has 15 to 30 fields. The assistant fills most of them. What stays with you are the answers that commit you legally or personally.
There is no mode that sends the application itself. If you do not click submit, nothing goes out.
CAPTCHAs and similar checks stay with you. Working around them would abuse the systems you are applying through.
If information is missing from your profile it is not invented. The field stays empty and you are told about it.
The assistant works on arbitrary sites, but oddly built forms can contain fields it cannot map confidently. Those are left blank rather than filled wrongly.
